It deals with the structure and parts of heart. It is a muscular organ in both humans and animals located in the chest region of the body. It weighs about 200-425 grams and it is little larger than the size of fist. Heart is divided into four Chambers 2 atria's and 2 ventricles and is made up of 3 layers Epicardium, myocardium and endocardium.
